I saw Sheree in December as I'd strained muscles in my neck and shoulders when swimming. She took time to really understand what the problem was and after she'd worked her magic, I was feeling almost as good as new!

Relaxation / deep tissue massage
Ideal for those seeking to de-stress from everyday life and ease general muscle tension. A tailored massage to balance the body and relieve everyday stress.
Myofascial release
Good for scars, stiffness and to increase different ranges of movement. A deeply relaxing treatment, wonderful to unwind from mental or physical trauma.
Pregnancy massage
Safe and soothing therapy to alleviate aches and pains as your baby grows. A lovely stress relieving way to relax and unwind. Sheree is a fully qualified pregnancy massage therapist, for all stages of pregnancy.
Sports massage
Ideal for those more active, to help prepare or recover from sporting activities and to help keep the active body moving well. Includes dry needling, sports tape and cupping if needed.
Clinical massage
Clinical massage is perfect for Musculoskeletal injuries, acute and chronic or persistent pain within the body. It includes a rehab plan and strength and conditioning program. This is a 6 week massage program to increase range of motion and decrease pain.
Hot stones massage
For deep relaxation and soothing deep aches, hot stones is a perfect winter treat, as well as all year round. Great to melt away muscle tension.
