Podium Therapies reserves the right to deny anyone treatment if they feel treatment is a conflict of interest, dangerous to the client or dangerous for the therapist.

No other discounts can be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offers can change from time to time, and Podium Therapies reserves the right to change these at any point or limit the number or uses per offer.
BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE – This offer is run for certain periods of time which will be advertised on the offer when running.
Both treatments must be the same length in time e.g. Full price 60mins + Half price 60mins
No add on's to top up to 60mins or 90 mins can be applied.
The half price appointment must be used within 30 days of the first treatment or within the dates specified on the advertisement.
No other discounts can be used in conjunction with this offer. It will not be on any block bookings either. It will only apply to bookings made after the advertisement is published and within the dates specified, not on any previous bookings!
Discount codes:
BLUELIGHTS10, ATHLETE10, CARDIFFTIMES10, LOCALLINK10 and any other discount codes being run, cannot be used on block bookings or gift vouchers or in conjunction with any other offers.
Proof of being a national level or above athlete, Bluelights badge holder must be shown on first appointment. Should you no longer be an athlete, bluelights badge holder, you are no longer able to use these codes.
Cancellation Policy
If you give me less than 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. This will be via bacs if you have not paid upfront. If you booked online - no refund will be given. If you do not pay, you will not be rebooked until you have. If you are on a block booking, this will be deducted from your block. If it is a gift voucher, you will loose the price of the gift voucher. If it part of an offer E.G. Buy one get one half price, you will not be able to have the half price one next time and loose the offer.
If for any reason a refund for an appointment or partial appointment is issued it will be minus the booking fee of the original appointment total cost.
Running late to an appointment
If you are running late to an appointment, please, where possible call or text ahead to let me know. If there is less than 45minutes of an appointment left, it will be deemed cancelled and you will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
If you are late, and your appointment is at the end of the day and I haven't heard from you, I will wait a period of 15minutes before I leave. I will try and contact you via phone or text at the original appointment time. I will then call and/ or text you that I am leaving after the 15 minute period. Anytime after that is considered that the appointment be cancelled/ missed. No refund will be given.
If you arrive late for an appointment no extra time will be given, if there is less than 45minutes left of an appointment it will be considered cancelled/ missed. If you are able to have a partial appointment a full payment for the original appointment booking will be charged.
Block bookings:
6 block bookings expire after 180days of being purchased.
12 block bookings expire after 365days of being purchased.
6 block clinical massage bookings expire 180days of being purchased.
In the case of a refund midway through a block of treatment this is how it is worked out…
E.G. 12 block purchased at £612 treatments partially used. Refund is the remaining amount after e.g of 5 treatments used... 5 x £60 is deducted from the purchase amount… £612 – (5 x £60 treatments @ £300) = £312 refund issued.
This equation applies for 6 blocks, 12 blocks and Clinical massage blocks.
Any gift cards or money off vouchers cannot be applied to block bookings of any sort.
If you purchase a clinical consultation and treatment of £90 and then want a 6 block of clinical massage, this will be deducted from the original block booking price and count as number 1 of 6 in your block.
Oncology massage bookings
If you need to cancel your oncology massage appointment due to treatment side effects, hospital appointments please give me as much notice as you can, but due to cancer being unpredictable, no cancellation fee will be charged - this only applies to current Cancer diagnosis'. If you are post treatment and in remission the normal cancelation policy will apply.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers of 60mins or 90mins will expire 90days from the purchase date. Extensions of one week will be granted if given more than 30days notice at the cost of £5. In special circumstances, if Sheree and Podium Therapies have been notified E.G illness, extensions will be given.
Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Podium Therapies or email sheree@podiumtherapies.co.uk providing all details including proof of purchase & gift voucher number/ code.
Treatments/ treatment environment:
Treatments will always take place at the clinic address of Physio At One, 1 Lon Ucha, Rhwibina, Cardiff, CF14 6HL . Podium Therapies can do home visits, but first appointments must take place at the above address first. This is for the safety of Podium Therapies therapists.
If Podium Therapies is at an event, charity race, supporting training camps or competitions, the treatment environment set up must comply with Podium Therapies safety and risk assessments. If Podium Therapies feels the therapist or client is at risk, Podium Therapies reserves the right to cancel the event or talk to event coordinators to adjust the treatment environment.
Social Media:
Podium Therapies can request to remove any tags or uploads on any social media platform that they feel is not appropriate content. Any hurtful, rude, sexist or negative comments that Podium Therapies feels is not right, will be reported to that social media platform and the person who uploaded or commented will be blocked from that social media platform Podium Therapies account.
Podium Therapies can vary or replace these terms and conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees)
