These experiences have allowed me to have a deeper level of understanding into an athlete's mindset and needs. Recovery is such a big thing in sport and I feel I can now give back and use my 9 years of training and education, to reinvigorate the sports massage world in Cardiff. I strive to build my clinic on empathy towards my clients, sporty or not, and to offer a tranquil experience through caring hands in my homely clinic treatment room. My orthopaedic heated bed offers my clients a place to unwind and rest from their busy lives, whilst I help them prepare, recover or just relax into a range of different treatments.

I enjoy working with clients from every walk of life. From office workers, to gym goers to elite athletes. The diversity is why I love my job. There is no condition too big or small that I won't have a look at. I have worked with children as young as 7 years old, all the way to my oldest client at 91 years old! I just love helping everyone! I offer a wide range of treatments and have various CPD quals that i have added onto my main qualifications, so each treatment I offer is with a broad depth of knowledge and experience.
